– The balloon is in flight for about 40 minutes (depends on the speed of the wind), but the whole process: preparation for the start, briefing, flight itself, landing, ceremony of initiation into aeronauts, takes 2-3 hours.
– When surface winds are calm, hot air balloon ride pilots can control the altitude of the balloon very finely by heating or venting the air inside. Thermals make it very difficult to control the balloon. So the warmer the day the greater the possibility of thermals.

– Balloons can travel between 4 and 20 km. Depending on the speed of the wind on your flight day.
– Clothes of passengers can be of any kind. However, it should be understood that narrow long dresses and high-heeled shoes for women, as well as shorts and open sandals, etc. can create discomfort when boarding in the aircraft basket, as well as after landing in an open field. Optimal clothing for men and women are pants, sports shoes, the top any, you also need a hat that protects your head from overheating. – Yes, we fly 12 months out of the year. However, our availability is always weather – permitting.
– If the weather is unfriendly for flying, the flight may be cancelled and we will refund your deposit payment. Our crew will also check if you are available the next day and change your booking, space permitting. We suggest you book your flight for your first available morning, to allow yourself more opportunities to fly if you face bad weather.
– A surprising number of our passengers admit to having a fear of heights, but almost all of them have said they are so pleased that they took the flight and that their worries were unfounded.
– No. If you are pregnant or think that you might be pregnant, you shouldn’t fly with balloons, due to possible bumpy landings.
– Children are allowed on board from the age of 6 years.
– All pilots are licensed by the GCAA and have to pass regular flight checks. Balloons are registered, like any other aircraft and are subject to regular air safety checks.
